The 27th FD Forum will be held online, continuing from last year.
The poster session will also be held online using the special website and Zoom meeting.

Call for Presenters for the 27th FD Forum Poster Session

Examples of initiatives related to distinctive education at the presenter's affiliated university * In addition to the efforts of

the member schools alone, initiatives related to inter-university collaboration (regardless of member or non-member schools), regional collaboration, and industry-government collaboration are also permitted.
* Initiatives announced in previous years can be re-applied if the information is updated.

Poster presentations will be held online and using Zoom meetings.
・ The poster and outline will be published on the special website in advance. Those who wish can also post videos.  

Online Presentation Date & Time  
: Saturday, February 19, 2022, 14:00-17:00* *
The end time may change depending on the number of presentations.
(Special website release period: February 12, 2022 (Sat) 10:00 ~ February 28, 2022 (Mon) 23:59)
Online Poster Presentations            

  • Each presentation will have 10 minutes (presentation time: 7 minutes, replacement/reserve: 3 minutes), and presentations will be made in a relay format.

  • The Q&A session will be divided into two sessions, one after the first half of the presentation, and one after the second half of the presentation, divided into a breakout room for each poster.

  • Please share your poster or presentation slides on the screen.
  • Presenters should use a PC with Zoom installed.

  • Pay attention to the delivery environment to avoid howling.

  • The order of presentation will be determined by the secretariat after the application is accepted.

Judging of Presentation Content
The FD Forum Planning and Review Committee will review the submitted "Poster Session Application Form" and notify applicants by email by Friday, December 17, 2021.

If there are a large number of applicants, we may not be hired due to the number of applicants who can be announced.
In addition, the number of presentations per university may be limited.

Other precautions 

  • No honorarium will be paid to presenters. Please note.
  • If the presenter wishes to participate in other projects (symposiums, breakout sessions) of the FD Forum other than the poster session, it is necessary to apply in advance on the WEB as well as general participants.
    * If you only want to participate in the poster session, you do not need to apply online.
  • We will set up a pre-connection test day before the actual event. Details will be announced after the review.
