FY2011

Outline of the event

In fiscal 2011, we are planning to start a new type of SD training program that has never been seen before. It is not a classroom-based style like listening to lectures, but a workshop-style workshop in which participants think, plan, and execute on their own.

Collaboration ~When people are connected, work changes~

Since the latter half of the 1990s, PCs have become popular one by one, e-mail and information systems have been introduced, and university staff have spent a lot of work time preparing materials, searching for information, responding to e-mails, etc. But are we really "sharing information" now? In addition to "knowing" information, something is born and something is changed by "connecting" people with information. This workshop is not limited to information systems but is for staff involved in all kinds of work.

Corporate Planning ~How to Align with the University Vision~

The main theme of this workshop is "Formulation and Promotion of Vision," an important task of the strategic department, which is at the forefront of university management. By sharing success and failure cases that actually formulated and promoted the vision, and through dialogue at workshops, we aim to acquire practical knowledge and cultivate a sense of university management. We expect those who are involved in planning work to participate, but we also welcome those who are widely interested in participating.

General Affairs and General Affairs Workshop ~Problem Solving, Consome Section~

Various problems that cannot be said or solved on campus will be brought to the Consortium Section, a virtual general affairs section of the university consortium network, to search for answers. If the three of us get together, we should be able to solve most of the problems, if our general affairs colleagues get together and share their wisdom across universities. The practical knowledge that leads to the solution and the network created here will be valuable assets for those who participate. We are looking forward to the participation of staff from administrative departments such as general affairs and general affairs.

Educational Management Workshop ~Educational Kaizen Research by Staff~

While sharing the image of "educational reform for staff, by staff, and for students," this workshop allows participants to engage in dialogue on educational reform and academic management beyond universities, and to gain hints and courage. Staff members belonging to the Academic Affairs Division, Faculty Office, Academic Affairs Planning Department, President's Office, Education and Research Center, etc. are expected to participate. Let's come up with ideas that can only be generated by staff, not faculty members or students, and rediscover the work of university staff.
