The University Consortium Kyoto Public Interest Incorporated Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Foundation&#8221;) has established a logo mark as its symbol based on its founding objectives and has set forth the necessary matters regarding its use.<\/p>\n<h4>(License holder)<\/h4>\n<p>Article 2 The rights holders for the use of the logo mark shall be as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Foundation<\/li>\n<li>Foundation member organizations<\/li>\n<li>Other organizations deemed appropriate by the Foundation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>(Target users)<\/h4>\n<p>Article 3 The following are the subjects for which the logo mark may be used:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Public relations activities for projects deemed appropriate by the Foundation in relation to its activities.<\/li>\n<li>Other activities deemed appropriate by the Foundation<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>(How to use)<\/h4>\n<p>Article 4. The use of the logo mark shall be determined separately.<\/p>\n<h4>(Obligations of the user)<\/h4>\n<p>Article 5. Users of the logo mark shall use it in accordance with the founding objectives of the foundation.<\/p>\n<h4>(Discontinuation of use)<\/h4>\n<p>Article 6.
