It aims to discover the talent and individuals who will shape the future of cinema by gathering student-produced films from around the world. <br \/>\n\u3000Historically, Kyoto is a &#8220;city of film&#8221; that continues to inherit the cultural heritage of the dawn of Japanese cinema, and it is also a &#8220;city of universities and students,&#8221; with students making up 10% of Kyoto&#8217;s population. Through this film festival, by discovering and introducing talent that can add new dimensions to film from among the many promising works from around the world, we aim to create a platform for Festival is looking for students to help make the festival a success. <br \/>\nYou can learn the ins and outs of running a film festival through a series of activities, from film submissions and
