and will lead to the improvement of the skills of university staff through keynote speeches and breakout sessions on &#8220;practical knowledge&#8221; in various fields.<br \/>\n  We aim to make use of the results obtained from this forum for team management and human resource development at each university and junior college in the future.<\/p>\n<dl style=\"width: 50%;
