We will examine the possibilities of improving staff capacity that collaboration at universities can open up from various perspectives. In addition, after the deliberations in each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact with each other, and aim to utilize the results obtained from this SD forum in personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges in the future.\n<\/p>\n<dl style=\"width: 50%;
