We will receive case reports from universities that are making advanced efforts at each stage from accepting students to graduation, and we will discuss &#8220;professional development of university staff&#8221; from various perspectives. In addition, after the case report, all participants exchanged opinions, and SD<br \/>\n  We aim to make use of the results obtained at the forum for future personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges.<\/p>\n<dl style=\"width: 50%;
