The competition program focuses on soliciting and judging films and video works from students in Japan and around the world, and screening the winning works, as well as various other special and collaborative projects. Through exchanges between domestic and overseas artists, we will learn about the differences in the process, environment, and perspectives of creating works, and create a place where artists can talk about their knowledge of their own works and videos, thereby stimulating their future production activities. We aim to be a film festival that can lay the foundation for international filmmakers to play an active role as international filmmakers by discovering and nurturing the talents of filmmakers.<\/p>\n<p>2.
