Outline of the event<\/h2>\n
Concept: “A place to inspire, that’s a film festival”<\/p>\n

\n 1. Through exchanges between domestic and overseas artists, we will learn about the differences in the process, environment, and perspectives of creating works, and create a place where artists can talk about their knowledge of their own works and videos, thereby stimulating their future production activities. We aim to be a film festival that can lay the foundation for international filmmakers to play an active role as international filmmakers by discovering and nurturing the talents of filmmakers.\n<\/p>\n
\n 2. By creating a place where the executive committee members bring the artists and audiences closer together, provide projects for a wide range of audiences, and convey the appeal of the videos produced by the students, we aim to convey to the audience the fun and high quality of the works and deepen their interest in the student artists and their works.\n<\/p>\n
