Step 1: Provisional Reservation<\/h3>\n

  1. Please check the availability of Campus Plaza Kyoto [External Link]<\/a> to confirm your desired date, room, and time slot.
    \n*If your desired facility usage date is within two weeks of the application date, provisional booking is not possible; booking is only possible by visiting the facility (and making payment).<\/p>\n

  2. We accept provisional reservations by phone or in person at our counter. *We do not accept reservations by email or fax.\n

    *We do not accept reservations or inquiries via email or fax. Please contact us by phone.
    \n*However, telephone reservations and inquiries about availability will begin at 13:00 at the beginning of each month. *
    \nReservations for the following year will be accepted from early March onwards, and telephone reservations will be accepted sequentially after the on-site visitor check-in is complete.
    \n(Every year, reservations for the following year are very busy, so telephone reservations will only be accepted from 15:00 onwards.)

  3. We will issue a provisional reservation number<\/u> and a provisional reservation deadline<\/u> . (For those paying by bank transfer, we will also issue a payment deadline.)

    \u25a0Regarding the period for making provisional reservations
    \nGeneral public: Reservations can be made from the first day of the month three months prior to the month of use (or the following day if it is a closed day).
    \nUniversity users: Reservations can be made from the first day of the month six months prior to the month of use (or the following day if it is a closed day).
    \n*However, this applies only to reservations that meet the application conditions outlined in the attached document “Regarding the Application of University Rates”.     [Regarding the Application of University Rates]<\/a>

    \n\u3000If the university rate does not apply, the same reservation procedures and usage fees as for general users will be required.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

        Step 3: Use of the facilities<\/h3>\n
          \n
        1. In principle, the applicant (or their representative) must present the facility use permit (original)<\/u>
          at the reception desk.
          \n\u3000* Reception opens 10 minutes before the rental time.<\/u> You can use the facility after reception is complete.
          \n\u3000*Reception cannot be opened earlier.
          \n\u3000*You cannot use the facility before the rental time. Please make your reservation including setup time, etc.
          \n\u3000\u3000The following are prohibited:
          \u3000\u3000\u2716Setting up before the time
          \u3000\u3000\u2716Leaving luggage in advance
          \u3000\u3000\u2716Participants lining up and waiting in front of the room<\/p>\n

        2. Please apply for and pay for any additional facilities upon entering the room.
