There are a variety of keywords for discussion, such as highly skilled professionals such as URA (University Research Administrator), expertise (ability) in departments such as human resources, finance, public relations, etc., administrators, etc., and the conclusion differs depending on which perspective you think about.<br \/> In this SD Forum, we will discuss with the participants what it means to have expertise in university staff, how to acquire them, and how university organizations can foster the expertise of university staff.<\/p>\n<dl style=\"width: 50%;
