For this session, we will invite an active lawyer as a lecturer to learn about types of complaints and how to handle them based on case examples. This session, positioned as an introductory course, will review the basics of IR, launching IR operations, raising awareness of IR within the university, collaboration and cooperation, and its highly demanded relevance to internal quality assurance.
