Both the presenters and the students asking questions were very serious. The students seemed to have gained some hints for furthering their research from the enthusiastic Q&amp;A sessions and advice from the judges.<\/p>\n<p>Seventeen groups participated in the panel presentation. Through their research presentations, many students deepened their connections with students from other universities whom they would not normally have the opportunity to meet.<\/p>\n<p>In one student project, we invited Professor Shiomi Naoki from Fukuchiyama Public University as guest speaker. The project was titled &#8220;A to Z of Cities Young People Want to Live In,&#8221; and participants were asked to share their ideas of what kind of cities they would like to live in using keywords and writing, and Professor Shiomi gave a lecture on the topic.<\/p>\n<p>Then came the award ceremony. When the winners&#8217; names were announced in the hall, a murmur and cheers erupted, and the winners shared their thoughts about this year&#8217;s research presentation along with their impressions. <br \/>\nThis conference is attracting more and more attention every year, with more and more applicants.
