University Consortium Kyoto (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) Since its establishment in 1994, member universities and junior colleges (hereinafter referred to as “member schools”). In cooperation with various organizations in the Kyoto region, including local governments and economic organizations that are members, we have implemented various projects ahead of the rest of the country. In implementing the project, we have collected project data, including participant questionnaires, for each project, and have improved the business by verifying them. As a result, the Foundation’s work has gained many participants and continues to this day. On the other hand, more than 25 years have passed since the foundation was established, and the social situation surrounding the foundation and the university has changed significantly. In light of this situation, there is a need to pursue the uniqueness of the foundation, which is a university collaboration organization, and to develop its business in line with the needs of member schools, local governments, and economic organizations. The Fourth Stage Plan of the Foundation’s Medium-Term Plan<\/a> points out the need to reconsider the collected data that will enable consideration of the medium- to long-term role of the Foundation, the use of questionnaires and the reexamination of items, the provision of information to member schools and member organizations, and the promotion of information sharing.
For this reason, the Foundation’s new expert committee, the Research Project Planning and Review Committee, decided on the items to be collected as project data and how to use them after consultation.
