		<description><![CDATA[<p>The 2021 Kyoto FD Exchange Meeting will be held a total of three times under the unified theme of &#8220;How to Teach for Post-Corona&#8221;. In 2020, due to the coronavirus pandemic, many universities and junior colleges held online classes. The main theme of this first seminar was &#8220;Thinking about the Quality of Education,&#8221; and the workshop was divided into the following five themes. In this workshop, participants shared their own school&#8217;s issues and concerns for each theme, and exchanged opinions. In addition, the contents shared by each group were shared with the entire group through a report by the group representative, and opinions were further exchanged.
