This training program aims to develop staff who will autonomously and proactively take charge of the future university management of each university and junior college, mainly member schools, and provides a curriculum that allows students to systematically acquire the knowledge necessary for university staff. In recent years, we have heard that many staff members are considering participating in the SD seminar but are hesitant to participate.
