Since 2015, the University Consortium Kyoto has been holding SD seminars at each university and junior college, mainly member schools,
with the aim of supporting the development of university staff who will autonomously and independently take on the future management of the university.
In fiscal 2019, 17 university staff members participated and attended a total of eight lectures over a two-month period.
On Saturday, September 7, we will hold a public presentation where students will present their achievements.
We look forward to the participation of many university officials.

SD Guidebook 2017
The University Consortium Kyoto has created the "SD Guidebook" for those who have started working as university staff at member universities and junior colleges with the aim of raising their awareness of working in the world of higher education by raising their interest in Staff Development (SD), which refers to efforts to develop the skills of university staff.
After the first edition in March 2010 (printed edition * ebook version published in March 2011), two editions in March 2013, and three editions in March 2015, the fourth edition of "SD Guidebook 2017" has been completed.
