If you have already paid the usage fee for Campus Plaza Kyoto and you have requested not to use this facility to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, we will refund the full amount if both of the following (1) and (2) are satisfied. In addition, we will not ask for these deliveries in case of non-payment.

(1) Reservations made from February 20, 2020 (Thursday) to September 30, 2020 (Wednesday)

(2) Application for use (reservation application) has been made as of Friday, April 10, 2020.

New reservations made on or after Saturday, April 11, 2020 will be subject to the Hotel's Terms of Use.
