The Consortium of Universities Kyoto recognizes the importance of protecting personal information in protecting basic human rights and strives to handle personal information appropriately.

  1. When collecting personal information, we will clarify the purpose of using personal information and respond based on lawful and fair means to the extent necessary.
  2. We will endeavor to keep personal information accurate and up-to-date.
  3. We will establish personal information protection regulations and provide appropriate education to employees who come into contact with personal information in the course of their work.
  4. We will respond to requests for information disclosure in accordance with the regulations of the University Consortium Kyoto.
