In the midst of our hectic daily lives, do you ever find yourself thinking, “I’m so busy every day, I feel like I’m losing sight of myself,” or “What do I really want to do…?”
In this course, after an explanation of the Kyoto Women’s University Recurrent Education Program, we will take some time to reflect on ourselves , review our important values ​​and strengths, and challenge ourselves to create a vision board (individual work) to realize “the person I want to be in 10 years.”

In the midst of our busy daily lives, why not take a moment to pause and reflect?

This course focuses on “Developmental Psychology for Working Adults ,” exploring the growth and changes of the mind in adulthood.
Based on the perspective of Jungian psychology, introduced to Japan by psychologist Hayao Kawai, we will consider the importance of the “unconscious,” “wholeness of mind,” and “play.”
We will then shed light on “the other half of ourselves that we haven’t lived through yet,” and explore hints for “self-realization” that can be applied to our current work and way of life .
