After receiving your inquiry, a counselor will contact you. The counselors for fiscal year 2026 are listed below; please let us know if you have a preferred counselor when you make your request.
Please provide the specific details of your consultation directly to the counselor who contacted you. While consultations are generally conducted in person, they may also be conducted via email or telephone in some cases.
Counselors provide consultations from a neutral standpoint, respect the human rights of those seeking advice, and are bound by confidentiality obligations regarding the content of the consultations.

(4) Members of companies, organizations, and groups involved in projects managed by the Foundation (including contractors, etc.)
