[Reiwa 7 “School Town Collaboration Project Connecting Students and Communities (Trial Frame)” Recruitment Guidelines]

1. Target Organizations

An organization or group (*) that is a member of the University Consortium Kyoto member universities and junior colleges, and the majority of its members are students and the representative is a student. If the group consists of students from multiple universities, it is acceptable if the majority of the students are students from Kyoto member universities and junior colleges of the University Consortium. *University departments, laboratories, seminars, clubs, student circles (circles composed of students from multiple universities are also acceptable), etc.

As a general rule, only one project can be applied for from the same organization or group. If there are multiple applications, it may be adopted as a single project or rejected. In addition, even if the application is from another organization or group, if it is considered to be the same business, we will make a decision on how to handle it after confirming the purpose of the project and the necessary confirmation of the affiliated organizations.

2. Target Businesses

For the purpose of solving local issues and revitalizing Kyoto City, projects that will be implemented in Kyoto City this year (June 1, Reiwa 7 ~ March 31, Reiwa 8) will be targeted at projects that meet the following requirements.
However, political activities, religious activities, activities that promote specific ideas, violent or destructive activities, commercial businesses, etc. are excluded.

[Requirements]
(1) Projects undertaken by organizations and groups for the purpose of solving and revitalizing local issues, and students take the initiative to carry out activities.
*In order to carry out activities, it is necessary to set up a region to collaborate with (resident organizations, civic activity groups, and businesses that mainly work in the Kyoto City area), but it is possible to apply even if the partner has not yet been decided. In that case, consult with an advisor and set up a partner for cooperation and collaboration in the activity.
(2) Those who have not received subsidies or subsidies from Kyoto City other than the Gakumachi Collaboration Project.
(3) You have not received subsidies from the Gakumachi Collaboration within the past 5 years. (If you have applied but are not certified, you can do it)
(4) Those who have room for consideration for activities in the next fiscal year and beyond (including the possibility of applying for the standard frame)

3. Amount of support

Up to 100,000 yen / 10~15 cases
