of the facilities will be partially restricted as follows.

*Rental rooms
set up during the night class (18:00~21:30) and 7 lectures (20:00~21:30) can be used until 21:00, but the full fee will be charged.
* Please check with each facility regarding the use of the "Kyoto City Wakamono Employment Support Center", "Employment Ice Age Generation Active Participation Support Corner",
and "The Open University of Japan Kyoto Learning Center" in this facility.
* The reception desk is open until 21:30.
* The handling of usage fee refunds is as follows.

【Cancellation of usage reservations during closed hours】
1. Applicable

canceling a reservation for use of the usage category including the facility closure time * Except
when it is possible to respond without cancellation, such as changing the date of use or postponement (2) If
the reservation has been established as of October 1, 2021 (Friday) * However, Including

canceled on September 28 (Tue.) ~ September 30 (Thu.), 2021, when Kyoto City decided to take the initiative 2. If the usage fee for the public facility has already been paid for
handling the usage fee when all the conditions in 1 above are satisfied 　　　, the full amount will be refunded.

3. Regarding the cancellation acceptance periodIf the "
Efforts to Reduce the Risk of Infection" is canceled in the middle of the period, we will stop accepting cancellations on the premise of a full refund at that time.

a time when the facility is not closed.

will be charged if the facility is used from 20:00 to 21:00 during 7 lectures.)
Note 2 If the purpose of use cannot be achieved for other categories of use reservations due to the cancellation of "Reservations for use categories including facility closure hours," the full amount will be refunded for reservations for use in other categories
