Closure of Campus Plaza Kyoto to Prevent Spread of Novel Coronavirus Infection (Updated 5/19)

On Friday, May 15, Kyoto Prefecture announced "Emergency Measures in Kyoto Prefecture to Prevent the Spread of New Coronavirus Infection
(Revised on May 15)".
The "Rental Conference Room" is a facility that lifts the suspension request from 0:00 on May 16, but
at the discretion of Kyoto City, Campus Plaza Kyoto will continue to be closed until May 31 (Sun).

Kyoto Prefectural Emergency Measures (Revised on May 15)

At the discretion of Kyoto City, Campus Plaza Kyoto will be closed from
Saturday, April 11 to Sunday, May 31.

(After 4/21 (Tue), the use of the rental building has been suspended, including the use of rental buildings that have already been reserved.)
The museum will contact you.
Please check with each facility regarding the use of the "Kyoto City Wakamono Employment Support Center" and the
"Open University of Japan Kyoto Learning Center" in this facility.

The handling of usage fee refunds is as follows.
【For use from 4/21~5/31】
Full refund regardless of reservation date.
【For use after 6/2 (4/8 notified)】
If you have already paid the usage fee for Campus Plaza Kyoto and you have requested not to use this facility to prevent the spread of
the new coronavirus infection, if both of the following (1) and (2) are satisfied,
these will be refunded in full. In addition, we will not ask for these deliveries in case of non-payment.
(1) Reservations
for use from February 20, 2020 (Thursday) to September 30, 2020 (Wednesday) (2) Application for use (reservation application) has been
made as of April 10, 2020 (Friday) For new reservations made on or after April 11, 2020 (Saturday), the Hotel's Terms of Use will be followed
. Even if the cancellation is due to the prevention of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, the usage fee will not be refunded
in full.
