【For faculty and staff】 IELTS pretesting experience (free of charge)

Overview of the business

IELTS is an English language test accredited by more than 10,000 institutions in 140 countries around the world.
More than 3 million examinees around the world take the exam annually for studying, immigration, or working.
The IELTS Pretest is a "free" test for research purposes offered by the Cambridge English Exam Organisation.
Please use it as a practice before taking IELTS.

Outline of the event

The pre-test is similar to the actual IELTS test.
We welcome those who are interested in IELTS, those who plan to take IELTS, and faculty and staff who want to measure their English proficiency.

Contents ・IELTS Overview and Pre-Test Explanation (30 minutes) ・Writing Test (60 minutes) ・Reading Test (75 minutes) ・Listening Test (40 minutes) ・Q&A Session (20 minutes) (Conducted by Japan English Language Proficiency Association)

(Notes for examinees)

* Please turn off your mobile phone and put it in your hand luggage with your watch, electronic devices, etc.
*There are three items on the desk: a pencil, an eraser, and a clear plastic bottle of water.
*Unlike the actual IELTS, you do not need a passport at the time of reception.
*Wearing a mask is mandatory when taking the test. (Limited to plain masks without letters or patterns)
* The temperature will be measured on the day, and those who are 37.5 ° or higher will not be able to take the test.
