Follow-up Survey of New Teacher Training Participants

The University Consortium Kyoto strives to enhance various FD projects, including the provision of systematic FD training programs that are difficult to implement at a single university or junior college.
We conducted a follow-up survey for teachers who have completed the joint FD training for newly appointed teachers since fiscal 2010 to verify the effectiveness of the joint FD training for new teachers, confirm what kind of training and support are currently needed, measure the effectiveness of the joint FD training for new teachers, improve the program, and consider planning for successor training.
