Since the “University City Kyoto 21 Plan” (1994-2003), the “University City Kyoto/Student City Kyoto Promotion Plan” has been formulated and staged since 2004 in collaboration with Kyoto City and University Consortium Kyoto. We also work closely with plans.

We will steadily promote the “University City Kyoto/Student City Kyoto Promotion Plan 2014-2018,” grasp the implementation status of projects from a variety of positions and perspectives, and provide opinions on implemented projects and consider new projects. In addition, Kyoto City and the University Consortium Kyoto collaborated to form the “University City Kyoto/Student City Kyoto Promotion Council” with the aim of exchanging opinions on the state of universities, university education, and the relationship between universities and cities.
