PC Taker Training Course (Beginner) in Doshisha University March 8 (Thu)

In cooperation with the Support Office for Students with Disabilities, Doshisha University Student Support Center, Consortium of Universities Kyoto will hold the "Personal Computer (PC) Taker Training Course (Beginners) in Doshisha University" for beginners with the aim of letting them know "PC Take".

In recent years, many students with disabilities have been enrolled, and various types of support are provided at the university. Among them, for students with hearing impairments, "note-taking" and "PC taking" that convey information in lectures using notebooks and PCs are the mainstream of support. In particular, "PC Take" is characterized by being able to convey more text information than handwriting when you become an advanced user.

This time, with the cooperation of the Doshisha University Support Office for Students with Disabilities, student staff who are actually involved in support as PC takers will hold a course arranged for beginners that is actually held at Doshisha University for students at their own school. Students who are interested in PC take or are currently working on PC take, as well as faculty and staff who are interested in the efforts of other universities, are welcome to participate.
