Every year, the FD Forum holds poster sessions as a place to widely disseminate the educational initiatives of the University Consortium Kyoto member universities and junior colleges.
At the 25th FD Forum, we are looking for presenters from students, faculty and staff from member schools of the University Consortium Kyoto.

Call for Presenters for the 25th FD Forum Poster Session

*Poster exhibitors will be accepted from 10:00. Please do the display work in time for the poster display start at 11:00.
* Please be sure to be in front of your presentation materials during core time.

member schools * For presentations by non-member schools and general companies in initiatives that are collaborating with member schools, please contact the secretariat.
Presentation Theme
: Examples
of Initiatives Related to Distinctive Education at Your University * In addition to the efforts of member schools alone, initiatives related to inter-university collaboration (regardless of member or non-member schools), regional collaboration, and industry-government collaboration initiatives are also OK.
* Initiatives announced in previous years can be re-applied if the information is updated.
Presentation Materials (Posters)
- There are no restrictions on the format of the presentation materials (posters), but please try to fit them in the presentation space described below.
- Print at a size that can be read even from a distance of 1 m.
- Please print out the presentation materials (posters) by yourself and bring them with you on the day.
About the presentation space
Space85cm wide ×120cm (A0 poster can be displayed)
* Please use the curing tape prepared by the secretariat to display the post.
* A desk will be set up in front of the poster, and FD-related materials of the presenting university can be installed. However, materials cannot be delivered in advance. Please bring it with you on the day.
Publication on the FD Forum
Web Page and Report Collections
The outline of the poster title and the presenter's name will be posted on the FD Forum web page, and the summary of the presentation (including poster data) will be posted on the FD Forum web page.
Those who wish will receive one copy of the report collection (booklet) per presentation in late June. If you wish, please fill in the designated field on the presentation application form.
Other precautions
- Presenters will not be paid any rewards, transportation expenses, or accommodation expenses. Please note.
- If a presenter wishes to participate in other FD Forum projects (symposiums, breakout sessions, information exchange meetings) other than the poster session, they must apply in advance on the web in the same way as general participants.
* If you wish to participate only in the poster session, you do not need to apply online. - There is no parking lot, so please use public transportation.
- Presenters who wish to participate in the poster session only do not need to apply for the FD Forum web. However, if you wish to participate in a project other than the poster session (symposium, subcommittee, information exchange meeting), you will need to apply online for participation in the same way as general participants.
- If there are a large number of applicants, we may not be hired due to the number of panels that can be installed. In addition, we may limit the number of panels per university.

Judging of Presentation Content
The FD Forum Planning and Review Committee will review the submitted "Poster Session Presentation Application Form" and notify applicants of the possibility of presentation by Friday, January 17, 2020.
