"Survey on Training Needs for Part-time Teachers"

The University Consortium Kyoto strives to enhance various FD projects, including the provision of systematic FD training programs that are difficult to implement at a single university or junior college.
From the viewpoint of guaranteeing the quality of education in the Kyoto area and supporting the careers of young researchers, we conducted a survey of member schools and part-time teachers to confirm the training needs of part-time teachers who do not have a full-time school.
We would like to report the results as follows.
