At Campus Plaza Kyoto, from June 5, 2023 (Monday) to September 29, 2023 (Friday), waterproofing and other repair work will be carried out

The facility will continue to be available for use during the period of renovation work, but please understand that depending on the construction situation, there may be construction noise and the comings and goings of people involved in the construction work. Thank you very much.

The use of Campus Plaza Kyoto facilities is currently handled as follows.

* Please check with each facility regarding the use of the "Kyoto City Wakamono Employment Support Center", "Employment Ice Age Generation Active Participation Support Corner",
and "The Open University of Japan Kyoto Learning Center" in this facility.
* The reception desk is open at 21:30 (as usual).


* From the viewpoint of preventing the spread of new coronavirus infection, when using Campus Plaza Kyoto, please cooperate with the following points
.

 ・From Monday, March 13, 2023, based on the government's policy, masks will be based on the basic principle of respecting the independent choice of individuals and leaving the wearing of masks to the judgment of individuals, but since there are cases where people with a high risk of severe illness such as the elderly are at high risk of becoming seriously ill, please cooperate in wearing masks, especially in common areas in the facility.

 ・ When entering the museum, please cooperate in measuring the temperature with the thermometer installed at the entrance and disinfecting your hands with disinfectant.

 ・ If you have a fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher or 1 degree above the normal heat ratio) after measuring your temperature at home, etc., or if you have symptoms such as cough, sore throat, sluggishness, or difficulty breathing,
please do not enter the museum.

 ・The distance between seats in the rental room should be at least 2m (minimum 1m).
Also, make sure that people do not stay before and after the usage time.

 ・Please bring a handkerchief or hand towel, and wipe your hands thoroughly after using the bathroom.

 ・Please refrain from talking in the elevator or in the lobby in front of the elevator. You can also use the stairs.

after Saturday, April 1 will be accepted as scheduled from 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
In addition, in order to prevent new coronavirus and influenza infections, please respond according to the instructions of the staff, such as how to wait on the day.

* If you have a fever or other cold symptoms, please refrain from visiting the museum.
* Please wear a mask when you come to the museum.
*Please bring your own writing utensils.

Suspension of Use of Lecture Room 1

 Due to a malfunction of the audiovisual system control equipment, Lecture Room 1 will be closed for the time being from Saturday, April 1, 2023.

 * We will stop accepting reservations for the first year on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

 We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

 We will inform you when we are about to resume use.

Notice of addition of 8th training room rental room

From Saturday, April 1, 2023, we will start renting out the 8th training room on the 6th floor.

Facility reservations will be accepted from 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

* The reservation procedure is the same as before, there is no change.
* The 8th lecture room on the 6th floor has the same specifications as the 5th and 6th training rooms.

【Facility reservation by visit】

・ On the day of the event, after you line up and enter the museum, you will be given a number card in order from number 1, and a number card with the meeting time, meeting place,
and precautions in order.
Please note that the number card is a number to inform you of the acceptance of reservations, and does not secure
reservations.  

Until the meeting time, please do not enter the building "inside" from the viewpoint of infection prevention.

・For those who have difficulty waiting outside the building, Lecture Room 1 on the 5th floor (capacity 289 people) will be opened as a waiting area from
8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
 

 
When using this service, please keep a reasonable distance from the person next to you and practice cough etiquette including
wearing a mask

・ The meeting place is a room with a capacity of 200 people, and about 20 people will wait

【About use where university fees apply】

If the university fee applies, the application will be accepted for April ~ September.
Please present your faculty and staff ID card or certificate of enrollment (valid until the day of use)
at the time of this reservation.
 
If you have not been issued a faculty member ID card before the new academic year, please present documents proving your employment at the
university where you are enrolled  
.
 
If the faculty and staff ID card cannot be confirmed, the university fee will not be applied and
the  
general fee will be applied. (April ~ June)
 
For information on the application of university fees,
please refer to "Application of University Fees for the Use of Campus Plaza Kyoto".

Availability after April 2023

It will be open to the public from 9 am on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
In addition, since the use of credit transfer classes and university open lectures is prioritized
