2026 ‘Thailand Short-term Overseas Training Program’ – 15 days 

Students belonging to member universities of the Kyoto University Consortium(Including international students) We will hold the 2026 ‘Entrepreneurship Cross-Cultural Experience Thailand Short-Term Overseas Training Program.’
During the approximately two-week training period, various programs are planned, focusing on entrepreneurship training where you learn directly from local Japanese entrepreneurs, as well as company visits, fieldwork, and cultural experiences.
If you are interested in starting a business or studying abroad, or if you want to connect with peers beyond the university boundaries, please join us.

(Both round-trip transfers were in Hong Kong, using Cathay Pacific Airways)
cost  3310,000 yen ~ 340,000 yen
* Fuel surcharge and overseas travel insurance are required separately. All meals (three meals) are included except when you are on your own.

Eligibility

University students, junior college students, and graduate students enrolled at member universities of the University Consortium Kyoto
(Including international students)

Capacity First 12 participants (minimum number of participants: 10)

Main Training Content ・Instructor training sessions at JETRO Bangkok office, where you can interact with local Japanese entrepreneurs and hear real entrepreneurial stories
・Hands-on programs that deepen understanding of different cultures through visits to local communities and cultural experiences on site
・Practical learning by visiting local companies and international organizations and learning from real-world settings
・Fostering an entrepreneurial spirit of taking on challenges without fear of failure through encounters and experiences with different cultures
・Experience the ‘now’ connected to the future in Thailand, where people from all over the world gather
・During the program period, staff and interns from the local ASEAN University Union (AUN) will support participants
・Pre- and post-training sessions available (schedule to be determined later)
Overseas Travel Insurance

Through JTB, group enrollment in overseas travel insurance under JI Accident and Fire Insurance is required (additional premium of 18,810 yen for 15 days).
In emergencies, you can also receive support from local staff at JTB Bangkok Branch.
