The Kyoto Student Festival Executive Committee is recruiting volunteer staff on the day of the festival held on Sunday, October 11, focusing on assisting with various events and assisting with operations!

Would you like to join us in energizing Kyoto with the power of university students?

The Kyoto Student Festival is a festival held every October around Heian Shrine-mae and the Okazaki Promenade!

From planning and managing these projects to public relations and requesting sponsorships, almost all activities are led by the students, who are the executive committee members!

Every year, over 70 executive committee members from over 20 universities gather in Kyoto, the student city, and we work daily to create an attractive festival full of student spirit!

【Details】

Venue: Heian Shrine-mae and Okazaki Promenade area (or Kyoto Station building)

Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 or older attending universities, graduate schools, junior colleges, or vocational schools

Activities: Venue setup, visitor guidance, stage operation assistance, cleaning, etc.

Activity time: October 11 (Sun) 9:00~19:00 (varies depending on your role and preferred time)

Application deadline: Tuesday, September 8 (closes once capacity is reached)

Participation Information: Around mid-September
