Project Overview

This event commemorates the 10th anniversary of the SD Seminar; it serves as an opportunity to reflect on the learning culture of “dialogue, reflection, and collaboration” cultivated over the past decade, while also fostering new forms of learning and connections for the next ten years. Through a keynote address, we will examine the environment surrounding universities and the future role of university staff, while deepening dialogue during participant workshops. Open not only to alumni but also to those considering future participation, the event aims to build new networks through learning and interaction.

Event Overview

The event will be held at Campus Plaza Kyoto on Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 13:00 to 18:45 (tentative).
The program features a keynote speech by Mr. Hiromichi Yoshitake and workshops designed to foster deeper dialogue among participants. Afterward, a networking reception will be held in the venue’s main hall.
The event is open to a wide range of attendees, including graduates of the SD Seminar and university staff, as well as those considering participating in the seminar in the future.
It serves as an opportunity to reflect on a decade of learning, reconnect with one another, and generate new learning and networking opportunities for the next ten years.

• Participation fees cannot be refunded for any reason, except in the event that the event is cancelled.
• Please note that application details cannot be changed once the application process is complete.
• If payment is not completed by the deadline, we will assume you do not intend to participate and will void your application.
• Please exercise caution, as refunds cannot be issued if you overpay the participation fee due to input errors.
  If the payment is insufficient, we will bill you for the outstanding balance.
• Student participants (including graduate students) are requested to present their student ID at the reception desk.
• Students under the age of 20 as of the event date are ineligible to register for the networking event, as alcohol will be served.
  For students participating in the networking event, we will verify the date of birth listed on your student ID. If your student ID does not show your date of birth, please also present an official document that verifies it (e.g., driver’s license, passport).

Payment of Participation Fee

You may choose from the following payment methods
① Credit card payment; ② Convenience store payment.

• Payment will be processed using the “Paysys” email-link payment system.
• Payment instructions will be sent from the Paysys email address [info@paysys.jp] within three days of your application (excluding Sundays and Mondays).
• The University Consortium Kyoto does not store credit card information.
  The information is transmitted to the credit card company via Payment For Co., Ltd., the operator of the payment system.

※Bank transfer is available only for group applications (applications submitted on behalf of others). Please see below for details.
  Please note that you will be responsible for any bank transfer fees when making a payment via bank transfer.

• Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached. (We do not maintain a waiting list.)

＜About Group Applications (Applications by a Representative)＞

• This application site supports group applications (applications made on behalf of others) by coordinators or administrative staff.
  If you are applying on behalf of someone else, please check the box labeled “If the invoice recipient differs from the above, please check here and enter the details” located in the middle of the page, and then enter the invoice recipient’s information in the section below.
• The invoice (PDF) will be sent to the designated invoice recipient via an automated email immediately after the application is submitted.
• A separate invoice (specifying the participant’s name) is issued for each participant; however, for bank transfers only, it is possible to consolidate multiple applications and make a single payment for the combined total amount.

Step 2　Day of the Event

Please present the “My Page for SD Seminar 10th Anniversary Event Participants” screen at the reception desk on the day of the event (a printout is also acceptable).
* If a substitute is attending in your place, please bring a printout of the “Participant My Page” screen belonging to the person originally scheduled to attend and inform the reception staff.
* Event materials will be distributed on the day.

Implementation Report
