“Is this really the way it should be?” “Who am I really?”
Have you ever stopped and thought about this while you’re busy with your daily life?
In this course, we will learn about psychological growth and change in adulthood under the theme of “Developmental Psychology for the Working Generation.”
Based on the perspective of Jungian psychology, which was introduced to Japan by psychologist Hayao Kawai, we will consider the importance of the “unconscious,” “mental wholeness,” and “play.”
We will also shed light on the “other side of ourselves that we have not lived through until now” and explore hints for “self-actualization” that can be applied to our current work and lifestyle .
