“I wonder if it’s okay to stay like this” “What is my true self?”
In the midst of being chased by day-to-day, why don’t you suddenly stop and think?

In this course, under the theme of “Developmental Psychology for the Working Generation”, students will learn about mental growth and changes in adulthood.
Based on the perspective of Jungian psychology introduced by psychologist Hayao Kawai to Japan, we will consider the importance of the “unconscious”, “the wholeness of the mind”, and “play”.
Then, let’s shed light on the “half side of life that has not been lived before” and explore hints of “self-realization” that can be used in your current work and way of life.
