Bidding and open call for proposals: Planning and operation of the “2025 Kyoto Premium Experience and Exchange Project” (International Student Study Kyoto Network)

The International Student Study Kyoto Network (Secretariat: University Consortium Kyoto International Business Department) will provide students studying in Kyoto (international and Japan students) with a premium experience to learn about the diverse and profound charms of Kyoto, and will implement the “Kyoto Premium Experience and Exchange Project” to create a place for exchange between international students and Japan students. By implementing this project, we aim to foster an attachment to Kyoto for international and Japan students studying in Kyoto, which will give them an opportunity to think about establishing themselves as leaders in the community, as well as to raise their global awareness and deepen their understanding of diversity.

Therefore, we are looking for candidate companies for this project, so if you would like to participate in the proposal, please submit the application materials by the deadline in accordance with the following guidelines.

*This project is intended to recruit candidate contractors before the FY2025 budget of the International Student Study Kyoto Network is enacted, and if the FY2025 budget of this project is reduced at the general meeting of the network, the project may be canceled or the content of the project may be changed or reduced.

Impact of air conditioning renovation work on rental rooms (updated on 8/31)


At Campus Plaza Kyoto, air conditioning renovation work will be carried out for about three months from October of the 3rd year of Reiwa.
During the renovation period, the facility will continue to be available, but depending on the status of the construction,
It is expected that construction noise will be generated and construction workers will come and go. In addition, from December onwards, there will be rental rooms where air conditioning will not be available
.
We ask that you be aware of the impact of the construction before applying.

Due to changes in the environment surrounding mobile communications in recent years, the use of mobile communications has decreased significantly.

As of August 31, Reiwa 7, the “KYOTO Wi-Fi” service will be discontinued.

We will hold a report meeting on the results of the Reiwa 6th year “Gakumachi Collaboration Project”! !!

Kyoto City and the University Consortium Kyoto will hold a report meeting on the results of the “Gakumachi Collaboration Project (University Regional Collaboration Creation and Support Project)” in the Reiwa 6 to support efforts for regional revitalization implemented in collaboration between universities, students, and the local community.

At the debriefing session, the 12 organizations selected this year will look back on their activities so far and present the results of their efforts.

Proposal Guidelines]

The International Student Study Kyoto Network (Secretariat: Kyoto International Business Department, University Consortium) aims to widely disseminate the appeal of “Kyoto University City and Student City Kyoto” and services for international students in Kyoto both domestically and internationally, to support the attraction of more international students, and to make it easier for international students studying in Kyoto to obtain information on support services. We operate a portal site and manage social media.

Therefore, we are looking for contractors for this project in FY2025, so please consider participating in the proposal, and if you would like to participate, please prepare a plan proposal and quotation according to the following guidelines and submit it by the deadline.

*This project will be carried out as a preparatory act for the FY2025 project before the FY2025 budget of the International Student Study Kyoto Network is enacted, and the project may be canceled or the content of the project may be changed or reduced if the budget of this project is reduced at the general meeting of the network.
