The 21st Kyoto High School and University Faculty and Staff Exchange Meeting
What is inquiry-based learning that the whole school is working on?
~The connection between “time for comprehensive inquiry” and “inquiry in the subject”
How to link the time of comprehensive inquiry with subject learning and realize independent learning of students is a common issue in many workplaces. In this program, two high school teachers who have been working on these issues will introduce practical examples and share perspectives for fostering inquiry-based learning throughout the school. This will be an opportunity for high school and university faculty and staff to think together about how the quality of learning is enhanced by connecting “inquiry-based learning in subjects” with “time for comprehensive inquiry,” and how teachers’ own learning and collaboration support it, including from the perspective of teachers’ own step-up.

We look forward to your active participation.
