In addition, the rate of population decline and changes in the employment structure are not uniform across the country, but vary greatly from region to region. Therefore, depending on the region and position in which your university is located, you will be required to respond to different knowledge. Rather than being an extension of the current situation, “discontinuous” reforms that are different from those of the past are required. In the report of the “Sum of Knowledge” this time, it was stated that reforms will be promoted from the perspectives of “quality,” “access,” and “scale” with such an eye on the future. How should individual universities respond to such major changes?
