With the declining birthrate and the rapid digitalization of society, the university industry is required to enhance its education and research functions and strengthen its management base. In order to respond to such an external environment, DX (digital transformation) of operations is indispensable. DX not only improves operational efficiency, but also contributes to improving the quality of student services and education. This training is a program in which employees understand the significance of business improvement and DX, review the work they are in charge of, and consider the direction of improvement.
