Pre-Event and Collaborative Planning

Pre

Guerrilla Screening in Campus Plaza Kyoto November 21 (Sat), November 28 (Sat)

An outdoor screening was held in front of Campus Plaza Kyoto. Based on the concept of "Encountering student films from around the world on the streets of Kyoto," we screened films produced by students at local venues. It was a play event held while giving as much consideration as possible to measures against the new coronavirus infection, and although we ran into difficult situations, it was a good experience for our future activities.

Collaborative Planning

Photo Contest
Date: December 3rd (Thu) ~ January 15th (Fri)

We held a photo contest on our official Instagram and Twitter. We have set up two categories related to films, "#映画メシ" and "#映画のようなワンショット," and invited works. Through the use of social media, we took on the challenge of creating a place where the younger generation could take an interest in films directed by students.

Kyoto University Hospital Video distribution
Delivery date January 6 (Saturday) ~

Past selected works were distributed so that they could be viewed from monitors in each bed of inpatients at Kyoto University Hospital. I think it was a good opportunity for hospitalized patients to change their mood and let a wide range of people know about the existence of the film festival.
