Skill Improvement Training for Faculty and Staff

Business overview

As the globalization of higher education accelerates, with the expansion of support for international students and the promotion of collaborative projects with overseas universities, English language proficiency is essential as a basic skill for university faculty and staff.
In addition, international students from many countries and regions have their own cultural backgrounds, and in order to communicate smoothly, it is essential to go beyond language and understand customs, social conventions, religions, etc.
For this reason, the University Consortium Kyoto aims to raise the level of practical skills and increase motivation to improve skills by implementing training to improve English language proficiency through case studies of various situations and training to learn about cultures outside of English-speaking countries.
As this event is very popular every year, please register early!
