Outline of the event

Main

Skill development of staff born from "collaboration"

At this year's SD Forum, which is now in its eighth year, we focused on "collaboration" as a keyword for thinking about achievements as an organization, and the overall theme was staff capacity development born from "collaboration", and in addition to delivering keynote speeches, we established six subcommittees and received case reports from universities that are making advanced efforts in teacher-professional collaboration, regional collaboration (collaboration), and professional collaboration. We will examine from various perspectives the possibility of improving staff capacity that collaborative work at the university will open up. In addition, after the deliberations of each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact, and aim to utilize the results obtained from this SD Forum for future personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges.
