In order to adapt to such an environment, we are developing various projects to improve the qualifications of university staff, including management and operation, education and research support.
The University Staff Joint Training Program is a joint project aimed at improving the capabilities of staff and improving the efficiency and sophistication of university operations, while at the same time reducing costs at each member university by taking advantage of economies of scale.
