Business Manner Training (Basic)

As a member of society and a university employee, it is essential to acquire business manners in order to work. We aim to learn basic business manners that are indispensable for various situations that you will encounter in the future.

Modern Business Manners

We will look back on the business manners that we have learned while working as a university employee, reconfirm whether the business manners we think are the correct answers, and acquire correct business manners again. By learning and establishing practical business manners, we aim to facilitate communication between students, parents, and staff.

■Career Design

As the environment surrounding universities changes and competition with other universities intensifies, improving the qualifications of (faculty) staff will continue to be a recurring issue. In order to take the initiative in conceiving and realizing their professional life and career, the content will allow students to take the initiative in shaping their work and duties to make the most of their own abilities, while taking into account their own experiences, skills, and vision of the future.

Facilitation Basics

The purpose is to understand the concept of facilitation, which is a specialized ability useful for consensus building and mutual understanding, and to acquire the basics of facilitation through workshop program design.

Improvement of planning skills

We aim to improve our skills in planning and proposal skills, such as how to plan and formulate future goals in an organization, etc., and how to make those plans persuasive. In addition, we aim to hone your ideas and creativity in the planning process and acquire feasible planning methods.
