■ Business etiquette training (basic)
As a member of society or a university employee, it is essential to acquire business etiquette when working. This course aims to teach basic business etiquette that will be essential in the various situations you will encounter in the future.

■ Modern business etiquette
Students will reflect on the business etiquette they have acquired while working as university staff, reconfirm whether what they think is correct, and re-acquire proper business etiquette. By acquiring and solidifying practical business etiquette, the aim is to facilitate smoother communication between students, parents, and staff.

As the environment surrounding universities changes and competition with other universities intensifies, improving the qualifications of faculty and staff will continue to be a constant challenge.In order to take the initiative in planning and realizing one’s professional life and career, the content will enable students to develop work and responsibilities that make the most of their abilities, while taking into consideration their own experience, skills, and desired future.

The purpose of this course is to understand the concept of facilitation, a specialized skill useful in building consensus and demonstrating mutual understanding, and to acquire the basics of facilitation through workshop program design.

■ Improve planning skills
We aim to improve skills in planning and proposals, including how to plan and propose future goals for an organization, and how to make those proposals persuasive. We also aim to hone your ideas and creativity in the planning process, and to help you acquire methods for creating feasible plans.
