Content
In an era of human resource mobility where it is no longer the norm to work for 40 years, the power required of human resources has changed significantly. The ability to simply memorize and accurately reproduce the wisdom of our ancestors is no longer valid. In such a society where the answer is not known in the first place, and where the relationship between value and worthlessness is unstable and can change immediately, it is the attitude toward "uncertainty" that is important. Human resources who can identify their strengths and weaknesses in response to changes in value and continue to relearn are required.
In order to continue to support Japan, which is transitioning from a period of high economic growth to a period of maturity, we must first recognize that Japan is positioned as one of 7 billion people with diverse cultures and values, which is clearly different from the era when only a few countries in Japan, the United States, and Europe led the way. The responsibility of university-high school collaboration, which is entrusted with the multi-sensory seven years of 16 to 22 years old, is to produce human resources who can accept the diversity of human resources, cultures, and values that are truly necessary in this context, and who can face unexplored social issues and turn the power of diverse specialists into breakthroughs.
