Work-Life Talk

Compared to a few decades ago, we have gradually changed to a society where women and men work together, but it is still not enough, and there are many challenges.
For this reason, the program aims to learn about the turning points such as childbirth unique to women and the social situation surrounding women, and to recognize the need to reform the way men work, and to think about their work and lifestyles from a long-term perspective.
* In the past, the program was dedicated to female students as "Girls' Career Talk," but in fiscal 2017, it was reorganized into a program for male students as well.
