Outline of the event
This is a joint project aimed at improving the capabilities of staff and improving the efficiency and sophistication of university operations, while at the same time reducing the costs of each member university by taking advantage of economies of scale. It is implemented as a four-year program from fiscal 2010 to fiscal 2013, and this year is the first year of the program.

Business Manner Training (Basic)
As a member of society and a university employee, business manners as common sense are a compulsory subject to acquire, and we aim to acquire business manners that are indispensable for carrying out responsible behavior in the future.

Communication and self-expression training
In addition to analyzing one's own behavior and communication skills, the purpose is to reaffirm the basics of communication, how to express oneself, how to make a good impression, and how to learn communication skills.

Logical Thinking Training
We aim to learn the basic concept of problem solving and how to proceed. In addition, through the course of problem solving, we aim to develop the ability to grasp facts from various angles and think logically for problem solving.

Training on how to conduct meetings
We will clean out unconstructive or inefficient meetings, while also learning to speak logically, clearly, and persuasively. In addition, students will acquire the skills to lead meetings and summarize conclusions, and to acquire analytical methods to find the causes of disagreements.

Management Mindset and Basic Training
