Program Overview
In the rapidly changing environment surrounding universities, the way universities are managed and operated has become increasingly important, and the role of university staff has grown significantly. In order to adapt to such an environment, various programs have been developed to improve the skills of university staff, covering not only management and operations but also support for education and research.
The Joint Training Program for University Staff is a collaborative project aimed at improving staff capabilities and enhancing the efficiency and sophistication of university operations, while also reducing costs for each member university by leveraging economies of scale.
