Growth and development of young employees

This year's SD Forum, now in its 10th year, focused on "young people" who will lead the higher education of tomorrow as keywords, and the main theme was "growth and development of young staff." In addition to delivering keynote speeches on the theme of learning that leads to the growth of young staff, we will set up six subcommittees to receive case reports from universities and companies that are implementing advanced initiatives from the standpoints of "growth" and "development" to examine the improvement of the abilities of university staff from various perspectives.
In addition, after the deliberations of each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact, and aim to utilize the results obtained from this forum for future personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges.
