Main
Career Design for University Staff
At this year's SD Forum, which is now in its ninth year, the overall theme is "Career Design for University Staff," keynote speeches will be given, and six subcommittees will be set up, and case reports will be received from universities and other organizations that are engaged in advanced initiatives, and the possibility of career improvement as university staff will be examined from various perspectives. In addition, after the deliberations of each subcommittee, we will provide opportunities for all participants to interact, and aim to exchange information so that the results obtained from this SD forum can be utilized in future personnel policies and human resource development at individual universities and junior colleges.
